Anyone here from Carcar, Cebu?

This does relate to a K-1 Visa but we need a document before applying.

We need a copy of a property/house deed that's located near Carcar, Cebu, Philippines, so a person would have to know or find out wherever property title/deeds for the Carcar area are obtained. My understanding is that copies of deeds are public that for a fee the recording office will give anyone a copy.

I've given up trying to obtain it by phone or mail.

I'd be happy to pay someone who speaks good Cebuano and who is willing to go to Carcar well. 1,000 peso up front as long as you can prove who you are and are sincere and 3,000 after the deed is scanned and emailed to me, or mailed.

I can easily prove who I am and that I'm sincere.

I imagine even if you're coming from Lapu Lapu, or Cebu City, a person can do this easily in one day.
