Now must of us have pass the 60 days or almost there for NOA 2,we better start thinking of what to do if we don't get our NOA 2, but my prayer is that uscis end this trumar and nightmare and stress and emotional torsure families re going through once it get to that 60 days mark,mine was transfered to NSC on the 15th of November 2013,so my 60 will expire in 3 days time,just pray this is for real so that we can move on with my life's and plans with our spouses

I strongly suggest emailing your service center with the details of your case, politely reminding them that you are now past 60 days (or about to be past 60 days) and asking the status of your application and what kind of a time frame you are looking at now for an answer.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have 2 pending petitions (I-130) for my parents (*****and *****) that I am requesting a status update on. The receipt numbers are MSC*****XXXX8 and MSC*****XXXXX9.

The priority date is 3/28/13 and the petitions were transferred to Nebraska on 11/14/13. The NOA of transfer letter stated that if I had not heard anything in 60 days of the case being transferred that I should contact the service center, thus the reason for my email.

Please provide me with any information that you have on this case. As I am sure you are aware, the separation is very difficult from my family, but I am saddened as my 4 year old daughter desperately misses her grandparents and cries herself to sleep at nights. My parents are additionally missing out on seeing my little newborn daughter growing up.

Well I have gone pass 60 days now,still on initial review and we called uscis and they told us to wait for another 3 months when our petition is one year then, they can be able to call Nebraska center to ask them what is going on with our case, wait for another 3 months am simply short of words right now,am confuess and depress right now,lord help us all in the hands of uscis,right now I don't even know what to do or think right now,mmmmm

Did you speak with Tier 1 or Tier 2 representative? Ask for Tier 2 representative, not that they are too much better...Tier 1's are sitting up with their heads in a cloud...Tier 2 are sitting day dreaming but sometimes may wake up and give the right kind of information....

OK my wife is on phone with uscis right now,she is put on tier 2 and she is being told to hold 108 minutes can you inmagine that????...well like I said, I don't how I feel right now,feel like crying, feeling sorry for my wife, she being all alone all this months,well thank God we were able to save money for her to come for a second visit to nigeria again,but still this is realy hurting, realy hurting

We re on hold for the next 108 minutes, hoping to hear something good or positive from a tier 2,lord have mercy upon us and touch the heart of the workers at uscis to get us approve

Have you tried getting your local congressman or senator's office involved? I am really sorry to see you and so many hurting through this process. Lately I feel more speechless than anything looking at the mess USCIS has created.

That s what I told her we re going to try call congresss men and senators and relevant authorities to help us,but I have heard other people complain about their congress men and senators being unless,just don't know, no harm in trying them out,hope they help,not complicate things,now bcos Feb 8 of 2014 our petition will be exactly 10 months,this night mare is like no light in sight,things,pls lord let there be light at the end of this dark uscis turnel
