Hey there,

K1 Visa.

So my sponsor is my Fiance's father who is in the USA.

He has filled out the Affidavit of Support for us and sent it to us, however in the top right corner it says:

"MB No. 1615-0014; Expires 12/31/2013"

On the USCIS website under I-134F forms it says:

Edition Date

"12/17/12. Previous editions accepted.

A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 12/17/12 or other previous editions."

ermm - is this going to be ok to send to the Consulate in response to packet 3?

Thanks! sleepy.gif
