The problem I see is that you obtained your Citizenship by saying you were in a valid marriage... Meanwhile, you were engaged to another woman back home... This is going to be a big red flag as you seem to have misrepresented your relationship to uscis for the purpose of obtaining citizenship. If you insist on moving forward, I would wait for a while and make another visit... You stuck it out 3+ years with your USA wife for the citizenship, what is another 6 months?

I been confused a little .. i went to my country on october 2013 i met this girl and i got engaged with her while i was married with this USC wife in America and then when i came back from my country on end of october and then i got my citizenship on january 2014 . and now i will apply for divorce ...im planing that after i get my divorce paper can i apply for I 130 for K 1 visa for the girl i met in back home or you advise me go again to back home after i divorce my USC wife and get engaged one more time and then come back and apply...

The K-1 process requires a copy of a your divorce decree, and that my friend is going to take you a long time. I'm kind of wondering what your USC wife is going to say when you serve her divorce papers. I smell poo yet again.

Okay this doesn't seem right. You went to Pakistan 3 months ago meet a girl and engaged and all that in one visit, while you had a wife back hone REALLY??

So was this an arranged marriage?

Did you know this woman previously?

Does your current wife you are still married to know what you have done?

Why didn't you divorce before your naturalization?

Is your US citizen wife from your country? Or naturalized also?

You have a big big read flag. Does not look good at all.

Dude ....A real decent person under no circumstances should be

getting engaged while still married and just used USC spouse to

obtain citizenship....Y R U confused its obvious this was premeditated,

U convinently met a girl from your country and got engaged, then u come

to this forum trying to see how U can play under USCIS radar with

information garnered here. Its seems like fraud & the CO will see into the

scam....U make it bad for legit couples trying to be together...phew

Totally agree with you 100%!! For people like him is that we all pay the price. Stuck in an AP for nearly one year... And many others that have been in AP for years... But we are all measured the same b/c of people like him.

Guys, you really think your comments on how bad he acts will really influence on that person? - I don't, cos i am 95% he knew in advance he is getting married cos of documents and not cos of feelings, and i assume the "file for divorce after citizenship" was in mind when he signed marriage license. Only person to have my compassion is the future-ex-wife, as far as she spent TIME (first of all) FEELINGS (second of all) and than money for him........and all turned up to be a big fraud... And if someone here will come up with things happen in life, and couple lost love and blablabla (I say not in this particular situation) cos when couple have problems they SIT AND DISCUSS and do not depart to their home land in search of new girl.

Sorry if i hurted someones feelings, but truth is truth. Maybe it's a woman speaking out of me, maybe not....but I say always descent behaviour of a MAN should be present at any stage of relationship, so as from womans part! We will never know the truth, and he will never tell it to us. We can only wish his WIFE best of luck. And for him.............give a try.......do K-1.......scrue that Pakistanis girl visa history (make one more person in this world be unhappy or stressed).......(hope the girl has brains to say NO to him).

Wow, you can say the same thing about my ex. Totally in love with someone else while scamming me. Engaged and pregnant and cheating. Married and pregnant and doing pornography.

There are a lot of scumbags around, wolves in sheep's clothing.

Premeditated? I think so.

Cheers to the other Pakistani's calling this guy a scumbag!!! Where is the honor man?

lol no need to get hateful people.

True advice would be;

You can be in a relationship with another women while you are married (and by god i do not approve of such act ever) because its a moral thing and will not run you trouble with the law but if you do apply for K1 while you're married is gonna run you into trouble. My advice would be to wait until your divorce is finalized and THEN apply for the visa.

Honesty is the best policy so when the interview do come i hope you have a good reason to explain why you got engaged to someone while you had a USC wife..

The OP should be ashamed of himself for using his USC wife to gain US citizenship fraudulently.

If he files for someone else, let's hope he is not only denied, but stripped of his US citizenship and deported.

Those defrauding the system need to understand that their actions make it so much tougher for those of us in legitimate relationships that play by the rules.

I hate to sound rude or harsh, but this is the reality of the situation.
