Update to our I-751 process.

Biometrics were taken yesterday at the ASC center in Denver. It was a full set of fingerprints and picture. We arrived 20 minutes early and our number was called within 5 min of the scheduled appointment. The process took 10-15 minutes because Marilyn's prints were not coming through that well.

Now I guess we wait to see if we are called for another interview or the new 10 yr green card arrives in the mail. Either way I think we have another 4-6 months to wait.

Take care, Marilyn and Peter.

Update! No news at all. I just saw someone from the NSC recently post that they were finally approved but their petition was from the end of last October. So I guess we have another two months to wait.

Our petition was touched on 3/31/2007 and I thought we were going to hear good news soon but nothing came. The date, 3/31/2007 is almost two years to the day that Marilyn was approved for her adjustment of status 3/30/2007 so maybe the two year mark caused some sort of touch. Who knows for sure and who cares, just send us the ten year card and give us a little vacation before we have to petition for citizenship and pay the new megabuck fees

Marilyn and Peter.

Update for the end of June!!!

NO MOVEMENT AT ALL.

Starting on the seventh month of waiting.

Gotta love that NSC.

Just have to say to all folks who don't have to deal with the Nebraska Service Center, "Count your blessings".
