Dominican Republic NOA2's

Has anybody else noticed that there has been no reported NOA2's for DR I-129F's since 12/09/13? What's the holdup!? in the last 100 NOA2's (regardless of service center) there has never been a gap of over a month until now. Do you suppose its all because the consulate is moving and USCIS is delaying those petitions as to not overwhelm DR with approved petitions?

I read somewhere that it is at the intersection of Avenida Republica de Colombia and Avenida Jacobo Majluta Azar.

Has anything been moving?

Nope. I have called a couple times just to make sure the website wasn't lying to me. No updates except for the "alien registration number has been changed" update. I agree this is very frustrating to have to wait - and to wonder why it isn't first come first serve - or seem to have any rhyme or reason whatsoever.

I understand Philippines, but there are others getting approved and now i am beyond the VJ projected waiting period... Should have had NOA2 by Feb 9th from what that says. That said, people ARE getting approved because the average time isn't getting pushed out. Sorry, you picked the wrong country! oops8rh.gifClockWatch2.gif

Well... I didn't fall in love based on countries. Lol I had no idea this visa stuff was such an issue. People at work get their families over in no time. Never ever ever thought it would be this complicated and slow moving.

i have been seriously thinking about escaping it and moving temporarily to the DR. I just have too many bills and have come to the realization that ill have to suck it up like the rest of us and keep working for the man to pay the other man. This will all be history before we know it!dancin5hr.gif
