Hello

we have read a lot about what to do for the spouse but not too much info on the children that also came over.

Is the filing fee for each person or all included?

Of the forms needed i know the G-325a is only needed for someone 14 or over but what of the other forms would need to include for someone under 14?

Thank You in Advance

They need their own I-485 and fee. You should also send an I-765 to get the child an EAD. You get the K-2 child an SSN using the EAD. The fees for those under 14 are listed under special instructions > http://www.uscis.gov/i-485

  • For applicants under 14 years of age:
    • Filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $635;
    • Not filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $985.
Your profile is a bit confusing since it states you filed for a spousal visa, but your timeline states you filed for a fiance(e) visa.
