I fully support re-posting. Hell, should we spam the page and have everyone post the idea? (I'm sure this is not the best idea, but we're not exactly working with competent adults).

I do think we should include USCIS' responses to us in our letter to the media. Maybe it will make the letter too long, but at least let them know we've TRIED to talk with USCIS but we get nowhere.

Just reposted.

I bet they will again lock the idea down, so it can't be voted to the top. This is typical government agency misdirection. They've created a way for users to be involved (only perceived involvement) in improving the process, but they are manipulating the system so they only have to deal with issues that they want to deal with. They get to show Congress and other regulators that they are giving their customers the ability to help improve the process, but it is all a facade.

Yeah, I really think that entire site is just a way for some bureaucrat somewhere to "show" that they are trying to fix the process - it is all smoke and mirrors. I put a comment on the post and asked the moderators to allow the thread to stay active, let's see how long it stays that way.

We have tried to talk and nothing is getting done.

Why the heck is this wait in place ??

They can re-prioritize K1s and permanent residents.

I don't like how the site is tied to your social media accounts. If you do use the site, make a separate email account for the login and use a password different unique for that site. I won't be participating in any votes there because I am uncomfortable with its design. It's also difficult for me to get other less tech savvy people to vote simply by visiting the site. Just like President Obama said recently, 'I have a pen and I have a phone' and I''ll be sticking to that.way of contacting USCIS.
