Hello,

I am currently living and working in Japan and will be returning to the US with my fiancee in August. Becasue I don't currently have a job in the US and my bank account there has just enough money in it to keep it open my father has agreed to cosponsor.

Do i also need to fill the I-134 as well as my father? If so what supporting materials do i need to provide? I can't give a letter from my employer becasue I will still be in Japan when this paperwork is due. Or do i give a letter form my Japanese employer? and Japanese bank account information?

Thanks!

Travis

You still need to fill out your own I-134. Provide most recent tax transcript with yours. If you have a job offer for the US already, include a copy of that too.
