Before we send out the I-129F, I had a few questions (just to make sure and calm down a little...)

1.My fiancé lives in Memphis, we wanted to know if we should send all the documents with the i-129F to the USCIS Office in Memphis, Vermont or the Lockbox in Texas? We also don't really know which adress out of all them found online we should use...

2.Since I sent him the documents yesterday and I didn't know they would arrive to him beginning of the week, I dated them all on January 20th, could we still send it with a courier on friday the 17th?

3.We also have a little doubt about the payment of the $340, how should he process to pay those fees?

4.We just want to make sure we have enough evidences for the ongoing relationship and for having met in person in the past 2 years:

- 3 pages with 105 small pictures (35 each) of his trip to Europe in september 2013

- 3 pages with 105 small pictures (35 each) of my trip to the US in december 2013

- 3 pages with 4 pictures each of his trip in september, dated and with a description

- 4 pages with 4 pictures each of my trip in december, dated and with a description

- 2 pages with 70 small pictures (35 each) of screenshots I took while we 'facetimed' (pictures look very similar)

- 3 pages with 2 screenshots each of Facebook posts of pictures of us (+engagement: me smiling with the ring)

- 3 bills (amazon + flowers) from me to him, the most recent is from end september 2013

- our very first e-mail and screenshots of the history of e-mails we sent after that very first email (not the emails, just the hotmail.com page showing how much we wrote after the very first e-mail)

- the enveloppe and first page of a letter he sent me (dated early july 2013)

- skype history of october 2013 (month i used skype to call him, we usually only call through facetime voice or viber.. can't give my phone bills becaus they are in french, same for the hotel invoices on his trip here)

- Boarding passes + passport stamps (mine + his)

Should we add more? like, the letters/cards I sent him? (I sent him a few, dated them but i don't think he kept the enveloppes) I also sent him packs, should we add that? If I sent him money through western union yesterday, should we add that? Or the travel programs with the prices of the flights? (around $1200 each)

We are like super duper stressed and just don't want to do a mistake. Be together (permenantly) as soon as possible and allowed..

we would also like to THANK YOU for answering this, especially because there is a lot to read x)

Texas:

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

For USPS Express Mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

2.Since I sent him the documents yesterday and I didn't know they would arrive to him beginning of the week, I dated them all on January 20th, could we still send it with a courier on friday the 17th? - wait until documents come!!!! DO NOT SEND PETITION WITHOUT UR DOCS!!!!

3.We also have a little doubt about the payment of the $340, how should he process to pay those fees? - http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf CHECK INSTRUCTIONS AS FOR SENDING. We sent check with petition.

- Boarding passes + passport stamps (mine + his) - ALL IS FINE WITH THIS.

Should we add more? like, the letters/cards I sent him? (I sent him a few, dated them but i don't think he kept the enveloppes) I also sent him packs, should we add that? If I senhim money through western union yesterday, should we add that? Or the travel programs with the prices of the flights? (around $1200 each) - i was already posting sample of docs we were sending, so you can decide yourself if to add, personally me would add some envelopes or something, it will not hurt the case for sure.

We are like super duper stressed and just don't want to do a mistake. Be together (permenantly) as soon as possible and allowed.. - ALL WILL BE FINE, MY ADVICE LESS STRESS!!!! THE MORE YOU TOO STRESS THE LONGER SEEMS PROCESS, enjoy time and talking to each other, double check package before sending, again please follow the list of docs i was already posting for you make sure petition I-129F is filled correct, you have Declaration of meeting in person, Intents to Marry in 90 days after arrival to the US, etc. Better not to hurry and ckeck all and believe me, your process will be smooth, the key is not to hurryy and pay attention to details. It's not that hard as it seems in the beginning!

we would also like to THANK YOU for answering this, especially because there is a lot to read x)
