i received our case no. today through email. im so happy!! so on monday i can start to pay visa fee in BPI. i dont need to call USEM manila if they got our file? godbless!!

Yes, you can pay the visa application fee and schedule the interview. You don't need to wait for the USEM to receive your file because your file will arrive at the Embassy in time for your interview.

Nice! No need to call the USEM for the physical files. Just make sure that you don't schedule your interview too soon. Give it 3 weeks or so for the physical files to be received by USEM Manila. Here's Hank's guide: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#
