Change of DS-230 info ( address change)

How are updates made to a DS-230 or other papers. My fiance missed including her phone number on item # 13 when she turned in her DS-230. Moreover, her family is strongly considering selling their place in Q3 and moving out of town to Thu Duc.

I dont know exactly when this will occur but I have a sinking feeling it will be while waiting for Packet 4.

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of change ? Thanks Andrew :

I'm afriad I cant answer the question.. but it looks like you and I are in the same boat now.. My wife will have her interview on jan 11th.. They asked for the ds-230.. but I cant tell if that is somehting ONLY for her.. Did you do one to? Also it looks like I have to do another I-876 again but get some special papers from an IRS office for 2005? heres the link

- I dont get envolved with the I-876 as I am K-1 but regarding the ds-230, its for her VISA. So its just for her ( unless there she has children )

hahah.. She better not or we will have a big problem I wanted to do the K-1.. but her family insisted on the k-3.. I guess they give more passes to k-3 people then K-1.... but I'm not sure thats true.. all I know its been over a year of hell and games.. I hope this ends soon... good luck

My fiancee has moved and I called HCM Consulate and they told me to have my fiancee type up a letter with the new address and turn it in at the Consulate. Good luck

Thanks You are correct - we can update the data at the consulate via email or by letter ( must incl. case number ). I just had a polite reply yesterdat that they'd accepted the phone number to add to the records.
