Hi

Is anyone else having problems calling NVC on (603) 334 0700 ?

I have tried for a few days now, initially I got the "closed due to weather", which is fine, however when I have tried to call for the last few days I just get an engaged tone.

Are the lines down due to the weather conditions? If so, then I totally understand, if not and other people can get through, then I know it's just me doing something wrong.

I called them on 01/09/2014 and talked to a representative and just tried to call them now and was able to get through

I've had similar situation a couple of days ago. As someone who'd worked for a call center i think i can shed a little light on that: here's how distribution works: when all operators are talking to clients, new callers get into a queue. Next free operator picks up the person waiting the longest (on hold first after they all got busy). But a queue can only hold so many callers. So when it gets overloaded next caller just hears the engaged tone. I think people might be on vacation around Christmas/New Year so it can get full faster or something like that. Have to just keep calling. If there's no autoreply saying they're not working, i'd assume they're working.

I'm the beneficiary.

I had that problem on the 6th all day, then finally got through around 5 pm. Had the same problem yesterday and gave up.
