IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
Administrative Processing
Immigrant Visa Case Number: ISL2009XXXXXXX 01 ISL Case Creation Date: 13-Feb-2009 Status Updated Date: 10-Jan-2014

Dear Sir/Madam,

We understand that you are frutrated over the fact that your immigrant visa application is still pending administrative processing. However, please refer to our earlier email in the past. We stated that the time required administrative processing cannot be predicted. The wait can often be very lengthy. In addition to this, we would also like to inform you that your visa application cannot proceed further until administrative processing is finished. Hence our response to future inquiries will remain the same. Thank you for your kind understanding.

We would like you to know that the medical examination associated with this immgrant visa case expires on XXX. Therefore, the visa issued will be valid only up to this date. If applicants want to have a full six month validity visa, a new medical examination report must be submitted.

Yours truly,

Immigrant Visa Unit

Consular Section, American Embassy

Islamabad, Pakistan (KM-10)

i Hope I will soon done Medical Examination and send it to embassy but I am so sad they never ask for my passport or any orther forms ? why

They didn't ask for your passport because they are not done with processing. All they are reminding you of is your medical. I know many who have updated theirmedicals 3 and 4 times. Just hang on hopefully something will start happening.
