OKAY NOW THIS HAS TRULY MADE MY DAY!!!! WHEN I CALLED DOS TODAY I SPOKE TO A LADY NAMED ROSE, I WONDER IF SHE WAS THE SAME ONE YOU HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO. ANYWAY I'M JUST SO SO HAPPY FOR YOU AND I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU. HAVE A WONDERFUL WEDDING!!!

PEACE :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Um....can I ask a stupid question and you all won't think I'm rude. Please?

You all know my man is from the UK so I don't know NUTHIN' about Muslim/Islamic cultures (forgive me if I even said that wrong).

Is the bidet something needed as part of that culture? I'm always interested to learn new things about other cultures.

*covers my eyes - so embarrased*

I can't believe I've asked this question but it's been bugging me all day. I asked Wes if he knew because he's known more people from that part of the world than me and he didn't have a clue either.

It's just that water is seen as a better way to clean your backside than toilet paper by many in that region of the world.

Thanks!! I just got a PM explaining it to me as well.

Actually it sounds like a pretty good idea. I wonder if I could get the hang of hitting the target? LOL

I thought it would be a good idea to post a dancing guy for every day that Jean and Mohammed have been on AP just so we can really see how long it's been for them:

I called Moh at 5 am. He has his military exemption in his passport so everything is 100% good to go. He was with his family saying his goodbyes (I could hear the little ones) and he and his uncle will go after his ticket later today. I still can't believe this is real. You know, its so crazy. You spend all these months and months fretting, worrying, obsessing, WAITING in limbo and its like you convince yourself you're in some dream... then suddenly *poof* the visa is in hand and the dream is becoming reality and its kind of overwhelming.

I also remember well how painful sometimes reading reunion threads was for me at times. I'm feeling a bit guilty with all my blabbering because the waiting is really hell sometimes. I just want to say for those still waiting, its going to happen. Believe me, no one on this planet could have painted the world blacker then I did the last 3 months. I had lost ALL hope. Then the sun came out... and it always inevitably does. So hold onto hope, hold onto love and know the waiting does come to an end.

Congratulations :dance::dance: I hope he has a safe trip home to you. Some of us seem to wait forever but it does make us stronger and allows us to build a forever lasting foundation. We sure get tired of reading about patience and waiting and such but it does finally happen, they get their visa and all the wait is forgotten as the time will fly once he is here. I'm very happy for you both!

You love bunnies. You need a new avatar. How about a bunny stealing a cookie? :lol:

I had this one on my desktop at work and it works for me for now! Oh gosh that bunny looks just like mine! And looks just as naughty. Bunnies rock.

Oh i like this avatar with the light breaking through the clouds.I think it is absolutely appropriate for you and Mohammed at this moment. Save the bunnies for once he walks in the front door (F):lol:
