Is it okay for me to fill out AOS/EAD/AP forms for my fiancé?

Not a problem. I filled out Rin's and her children's and she signed them. Just make sure all the info is correct!

04/17/2007 - Interview - visa approved!

04/18/2007 - POE LAX - Finally in the USA!!!

04/19/2007 - WE ARE FINALLY HOME!!!

09/20/2007 - Sent Packet 3 for K-4 Visas (follow to join for children)

10/02/2007 - K-4 Interviews - approved

10/12/2007 - Everyone back to USA!

06/20/2008 - Mailed I-485, I-765 (plus I-130 for children)

06/27/2008 - NOA1 for I-485, I-765, and I-130s

07/16/2008 - Biometrics appointment

08/28/2008 - EAD cards received

11/20/2008 - AOS Interviews - approved

No problem. I filled out my wife's. Not sure it's required being the husband and all, but I did fill in my name in Part 6 "Signature of Person Preparing Form, If Other Than Above"

03/28/2013: NOA - AOS, AP, EAD
04/25/2013: Biometrics

05/28/2013: RFEs for EADs and APs

06/26/2013: Green Cards Received! (APs and EAD also received but not needed)

Or will this raise concern? She will read through and sign all forms as if she filled them out.

It's ok if you filled it up for her but it's better that you fill it up with her so she is oriented as what are the things being written and she has an idea on what are the contents. The same questions on the forms will come up during the interview. She should review it also several times to assure that it is as correct as it can be.

I, the K1 visa holder, did that with our petition as my husband has little patience for paperwork and we didn't bother filling up the "preparer's info". I made him re-read the whole thing if it was correctly filled out then I re-checked it.

As long as she reads it and knows what she is signing, then no problem. You do not have to fill out the part about being prepared someone else. That is for third party professional preparers, such as lawyers and immigration services companies to fill out.
