Good day everyone.

I'm adjusting my status from a B-2 and I'm filing the I-485 and I-130 forms and would like to know if I should make separate the evidence for bonafide relationship for both packets or I should just make it one stack of evidence. I am leaning towards making two evidence stacks but I just want to be sure first so I don't send anything that's not even necessary.

And by the way the evidence I am including are the following -

1. Joint bank account records (bank statement and transaction history, notice of debit cards issued to both of us linked to primary account)

2. Marriage certificate

3. Phone call/ text message records in the period of our relationship

4. Copies of mails showing postage stamps we sent to each other anytime I was away (I have visited her 4x in the past, we decided to get married when I came over this 5th time)

5. Pictures of our times together with family and friends including pictures of the wedding

6. Mails addressed to us at same residence

7. Copies of cards sent to us congratulating us on wedding and engagement. Some from my family back in Ghana. I indicated the postage stamps

Is that enough? That's all I can gather now since we didn't plan on getting married prior to my coming over, I didn't think about collecting other stuff too. Some of the stuff that I had back home, I had to make my sister mail it all to me including my birth certificate etc.

I will really appreciate a reply. Thank you and have a great new year!

Evidence of bonafide marriage is required only for the I-130. Also, the evidence that you are including is more than enough since that's what the interview is for- to present evidence. Most people don't submit any evidence for bonafide relationship at all with their applications(initially), and it is never a problem.
