Will my I-130 need more proof?

They accepted my I-130 Nov. 19th...

I have been in Brazil the past year...without work...Living in USA now... On the I-130 I put that my work will be working at the place that I last worked...

but I won't be working there. I am currently looking for work...

My main address is a different city as the work that I put as well..will they notice this and question?

Also the photos I sent were 2x2...thats correct right?

They have photos,my letter explaining how we met,,future ect, 2 letters from my paretns saying the marriage is legit, my visa pages showing I have been in Brazil/ marriage certificate...is that usually enough? I didnt know what else to send...We dont have a account together..I always use cash..

Nov. 19th...is it taking USCIS around 8 months to process now a days?

When you get approved and petition moves to NVC is when you will show your affidavit of Support information. But sounds like you will need a co-sponsor because you are unemployed now.

And main address is of no matter if its different than work city many people don't word in same city or they us a US address for mailing purposes also.

You evidence sounds fine. You don't need to show joint anything you don't live together they don't expect it.

OK sounds good! I have an interview tomorrow..But I do have a co-sponsor...:) Thanks for the info! makes me feel better.

More or less 8 months till it gets to the NVC if they received it Nov. 19th?
