To submit Form i864 this Jan 2014 what itr to use? Also for newly hired what to do in aos?HELP!!!

Recently got case # and iin. Getting ready to submit aos form i864 once payment is done. Im quite worried if i can still use the 2012 itr of my joint sponsor or should i wait for the 2013 itr. Pls help.

And also i just came here on USA on 2013 and about to start work this monday. What am i going to do? I still dont have proof of income and no records of itr.

I don't think you are required to use 2013 ITR until after April. So if you are submitting your ITR's now, then if you don't have 2013 you should be submitting 2012.

Why april? Is that a deadline for itr? Im sorry i have no idea about this tax filing, etc. anyway your answer blew away my anxiety about this 2013 or 2012 itr issues. Thank you so much :)
