Employment Auth. and Travel Document -- FEES ?

My wife is here in US under K1 visa, still waiting for her temporary GC. We are about to renew both her employment authorization and travel authorization since they expire in May '14.

According to the people we spoke with on the phone at USCIS, the fee is $360 for the I-131 and $380 for the I-765, even as a renewal.

Does anyone know for sure whether this is correct... I had heard elsewhere that there is NO fee if you are renewing. But the people at USCIS seem to think this is not correct.

Thanks in advance.

There is no fee for renewing your EAD or AP. Just be sure to include a copy of your I-485 receipt notice (NOA1).

The required documents are in the I-765 form instructions.

You need 2 passport photos and a front and back copy of your EAD.

You will file as category C(9), "adjustment applicant"

Yep, you are right. I stand corrected... and I was also able to find the relevant info on the USCIS website:

"Note: If you are filing Form I-131 Application Type B or D, you filed a Form I-485 on/after July 30, 2007, with a fee, and the Form I-485 is still pending, then no additional fee is due for Form I-131."
