I just checked my case status and it says on JAN 9th we sent you a letter in the mail requesting for INITIAL evidence. I know people have received RFEs before. I was just wondering how long they approved or requested for more evidence after you sent what they wanted back in. BTW i have not received the hard copy of what exact initial evidence they want. I hope its something simple and I can get it back to them asap with an approval. So let down right now, but somewhat happy someone has touched my case at TSC. So if anyone was in the same situation please let me know how long it took before they approved or RFE after you sent in what they wanted. Thank you.

Well no way for us to know. Go over your petition you made an exact copy right? Did you have all the requirements and bonafide proof of relationship?

Also after RFE depends usually approval comes with a week or two they are usually pretty fast.

They received my RFE response on 12/24 and I haven't heard anything since. Probably because of the holidays and the RFE reason though. I've seen others' get RFE approval within days.
