Hey guys ...I got the case number yesterday and thought to fill out DS-261 and pay the fees. But as soon as i logged in, it throws some error.

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

I searched on the internet and people said that your case has completed in NVC but this is not possible because i just got the case number yesterday and haven't submitted any documents yet. I will contact NVC regarding this, but just wanna know anyone gone through this....

This is a normal warning from NVC when you just git cse#. It means they are setting up your account to be invoiced.

Please go to the NVC filers thread and read Post #1 and #2 it has all you need to know and do .
