hi I just want to ask because we're planning to file our aos b4 my K1 visa expires this January 30, 2014. my question is can I use the vaccination report sheet that was given to me by st. lukes eventhough there are some shots that was checked for insufficient time? or do I need to complete first all the number of shots required for that specific vaccine? my medical was done last oct. 4, 2013. hope for your reply guys so that I know before we submit paperworks.. thanks in advance!

I will try to answer your specific questions. If you have a vaccine marked as insufficient time, but you have at least the first shot, you are ok. No you do not need to complete EVERY shot in the series for a specific vaccine, usually just the first is ok. Your medical is good for one year, so you are good there also. If you have all your vaccines marked as either complete, insufficient time, or not age appropriate; the bottom section is marked either complete or incomplete but may be eligible for a waiver; and is signed and dated by the doctor, then all you need to submit with your AOS is a copy of your DS-3025 form.
