When you are told that on Dec.13 you were issued an RFE and you didn't receive it up till now, When you case status hasn't change form Initial Review status, when nobody ever told you that about RFE whenever you called to inquire about your case, when other Vjs are experiencing the same treatment from TSC, I do hope I'm wrong and you are right.

Thanks

There are no conspiracies...trust me. If you don;t hear anything after January 30th then start asking again.

Not sure anyone is lying to you. You say that you were told you would hear something within 30 days on Dec 30? It has not been 30 days yet. Take a deep breath.. There is no conspiracy here to "screw" with your application.

I'm not saying there's a conspiracy, but I do think TSC is purposefully sending out bogus RFEs and taking their #### time to do it. The same thing happened to me. Early Dec I was told by my congressman TSC was waiting for a reply to an RFE which I had no idea about. After many calls and emails I find out an RFE was "Requested" mid-November but wasn't sent out yet. The RFE was finally sent out Dec 31, a month and a half after it was "Requested". And of course it was BS RFE (asking for a marriage certificate that was registered, when obviously it was registered!)

Again, I don't see a "conspiracy" but I do think they're ####ing with us.

They are not "####ing" with you or anyone else. They simply are overwhelmed with applications. It just takes time. I know it stinks when you have to wait but don't give up. Hang in there. There is no conspiracy.

Bull. It may not be a conspiracy but this has been a problem since at least 2006. At least according to the Ombudsman's annual report. I haven't had time to read prior to 2006 yet. I'll do that later tonight if possible. (Reading through all the years from 2006 to 2013 takes time. Each is a rather large document to read through.) Statements like this one does actually make you think that they are doing it to extend the amount of time they have to deal with an application.

From the Ombudsman's report from 2006:

Finally, the Ombudsman learned in March 2006 that at least one service center was
issuing blanket RFEs for certain long pending I-130s regardless of the completeness of the file.
As a consequence, USCIS spent additional resources to respond to inquiring customers who did
not understand the nature and requirements of these RFEs and sent in duplicate documents.
There are mentions of the problems with RFE's across the different immigrant classes in every single Ombudsman's report since then. Including several where they report that family based visas had an RFE rate of 50-67%
In fact, if you search through the following documents for "RFE" 'Requests for Evidence' or "Request for evidence" it becomes very clear that this is a serious problem that they've been very much aware of for years. Despite a "focus" on fixing the RFE problem, and various programs to attempt to fix the issues, here we still sit, 7 years (almost 8!) later, with similar problems which shows that they did not fix the problem at all.

Kaylara, thanks very much for all the above information. I knew I will gave to go through some BS from the moment I knew my case went to TSC. I will fight till the end to be with my wife no matter what they will fabricate, create and manipulate...by the way, Netherlands is my all time favorite soccer team.

If you are the Petitioner,

call into USCIS again, asking for a Tier 2 Human, an ISO.

Once you gots an ISO,

ask the ISO if there are any returned postal mail pieces on you.

If there is, go over the current address with the ISO

and

ask the ISO to remail the returned mail pieces to you.

Whilst yer waiting on this, put in a name card listing all names of folk that live there, so the USPS carrier knows about you.

finally my case status changed to RFE.they told my congresswoman that they mailed me an RFE Dec. 13_2013 which I never got and now officially I got an email and a text message informing me that an RFE was mailed to me ...WOW

Can someone tell me when do I expect the mail to arrive?

Thanks

Dec.13_2013 Imaginary RFE was sent to me..January 13_2014 email notice of an RFE was sent to me and my case status shows that.

Thanks for your advice....

This is EXACTLY what happened to me. My RFE was "requested" in November and it wasn't sent until Dec 31! Please report this to the Ombudsman. It is obvious TSC is playing games with us. Even if ombudsman can't do anything, they can know there's a problem and help solve it.

http://cisomb.dhs.gov/

PLEASE report!

i got a text message and an email today after reporting it twice as you suggested. I guess that helped with TSC to do something about it. Thanks very much for your help.
