You'll feel better after actually doing the stuff listed in post #2.

Can't get returned email pieces resent to you via any email inquiry, sorry.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I have contacted USCIS and talked to Tier2 and was promised that they will email me a copy of RFE. I'm emailing my congresswoman so she can pressure them to follow up with my case and this issue in particular.

Nope. He requested that REF be emailed to me and remailed to me

This is EXACTLY what happened to me. My RFE was "requested" in November and it wasn't sent until Dec 31! Please report this to the Ombudsman. It is obvious TSC is playing games with us. Even if ombudsman can't do anything, they can know there's a problem and help solve it.

PLEASE report!

I contacted my congresswoman who in turn contacted USCIS to help me get my I130 application going and was told that an RFE was sent to me on Dec.13_2013. I didn't receive anything at all. On Dec. 19 I did open a service request and to my surprise inquiring about it this week I was told that a letter was sent to me on Dec. 30 informing that case is under review and I should hear from them within 30 days. I didn't receive anything yet. Can someone help me plzzz understand what is going on.

I'm lost and fell like crying right now that the only thing I want is to start a family and somebody somewhere is lying to me......

Help me plz

Thanks

Sorry this is happening to you

I will love my wife some more and more each day...I will have a life but whoever is screwing my application wont!thanks very much guys for your support.

When you hit the QUOTE button, you can write in the box under the quote.

If you're using a cell phone simply scroll to under where it says and write after that. This will keep you from quoting posts as replies then adding a reply post afterwards. Hope this helps.

Not sure anyone is lying to you. You say that you were told you would hear something within 30 days on Dec 30? It has not been 30 days yet. Take a deep breath.. There is no conspiracy here to "screw" with your application.

When you are told that on Dec.13 you were issued an RFE and you didn't receive it up till now, When you case status hasn't change form Initial Review status, when nobody ever told you that about RFE whenever you called to inquire about your case, when other Vjs are experiencing the same treatment from TSC, I do hope I'm wrong and you are right.

Thanks
