I contacted my congresswoman who in turn contacted USCIS to help me get my I130 application going and was told that an RFE was sent to me on Dec.13_2013. I didn't receive anything at all. On Dec. 19 I did open a service request and to my surprise inquiring about it this week I was told that a letter was sent to me on Dec. 30 informing that case is under review and I should hear from them within 30 days. I didn't receive anything yet. Can someone help me plzzz understand what is going on.

I'm lost and fell like crying right now that the only thing I want is to start a family and somebody somewhere is lying to me......

Help me plz

Thanks

If you are the Petitioner,

call into USCIS again, asking for a Tier 2 Human, an ISO.

Once you gots an ISO,

ask the ISO if there are any returned postal mail pieces on you.

If there is, go over the current address with the ISO

and

ask the ISO to remail the returned mail pieces to you.

Whilst yer waiting on this, put in a name card listing all names of folk that live there, so the USPS carrier knows about you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Thanks very much, I will do as you suggested. I hope nobody experience this

Well wait 30 days and contact both USCIS and your congresswoman's office again. That is all you can do. You are doing the right thing.

Thanks very much, I will do as you suggested. I hope nobody experience this

I see a trend with this at TSC. I was transferred to TSC on Oct 31. In December I contacted my congressman who forwarded me an email saying TSC was waiting for a response to an RFE. But they had never sent me an RFE! After much hassling, finally Dec 31 my status changed online and this Monday the RFE arrived. For a very BS reason. I think TSC is doing this on purpose to buy themselves time.
