Can i visit my fiance in the states while we appied for k1 visa

for my experience,

we started the k1 process in april 2013, i use to go from montreal to washington dc for a week from april to june by train, always mention that we were in a k1 process(i eard that u have to mentioned it...)

I try to go by car in july and got denied, by an agent.

She was rude,not helpfull and told me that if i ever try to cross border whitout my visa, i will be banned for 10 years, or not allowed to have a visa for EVER!!!

thats how crazy it sound... they took my fingerprints...

My fiance tried to have more infos, he ask for explanations and she said:you must kidding me!

we had to turn around, and im back in montreal, at my mother since...

got approuved on nov 25th 2013, but still on AP.

bad bad bad experience!now, im just so scare of those people, already anxious to cross the border when visa in hands!!!

They gave me a really hard time on my last flight .... Since then im super scared :( if i could not travel again i wouldnt ... :( they scared me a lot.... I felt like i had kill someone and they were trying to put me in jail

01-08-2013 : We decided to be a couple and walk on the same life path!!!!

06-08-2013 : I traveled to the US to stay with my man for 3 months. We got engaged!!!!

Meanwhile :

July 2013 : My fiancé apply for his citizenship.

November 2013 : My fiancé become an American citizen.

12-23-2013 : We sent I-129F form.

12-30-2013 : I-129F NOA1.

01-06-2014 : I-129F RFE ( fee mistake - we sent 341$ not 340$ ) + NOA1 Hardcopy.

01-22-2014 : We re-sent I-124F form.

01-24-2014 : I-129F NOA 1.

01-27-2014 : Case Number changed.

01-28-2014 : Alien Registration Number changed.

01-31-2014 : NOA1 Hardcopy.

02-07-2014 : Expedite requested.

02-10-2014 : Requested expedite denied.

04-28-2014 : Expedite requested (financial loss).

05-02-2014 : Email received requesting evidence to expedite + we sent evidence right away.

05-05-2014 : Expedite request approved (we called uscis on 05/08 and they told us that got approved).

05-08-2014 : NOA2

05-12-2014 : Uscis mail us noa2

05-14-2014 : Noa2 hardcopy received

05-21-2014 : Noa2 hardcopy received again with date 05-12-2014

They told me that since I've filled my fiance visa and I have boyfriend in US, just wait for your fiance visa.

AOS TIMELINE FROM K1:

Sep- 20- 2014 - AOS sent to Chicago ( delivered sept 22 )

Sep -26- 2014 - USCIS texts/emails received with case number

Sep -30- 2014 - Hard copies of NOA-1 received in the mail

Oct -10- 2014 - Biometrics letter received (Appointment on Oct 24)

Oct -17- 2014 - RFE Letter (Request for Initial Evidence) :(

Oct -24- 2014 - Biometrics Done (4mins)

Oct -31- 2014 - Sent response to RFE (Priority Mail)

Nov -03- 2014 - USPS delivered to 64063

Nov -05- 2014 - Case Status is RFE Response Review :(

Jan -07- 2015 - Received a text saying New Card was being Produced (EAD/AP)

Jan -08- 2015 - Received another text saying Card was Ordered to be Produced

Jan -13- 2015 - Received a text saying USCIS mailed my new card(EAD/AP)

Jan -15- 2015 - EAD/AP Combo Card received in the mail

Jan -16- 2015 - Approval Notice or I-797 Notice of Action I-131 (AP) received in the mail

Feb-18-2015 - Received Potential Interview Waiver Letter from USCIS

July-11-2015 - Received E-mail & Text saying New Card is Being Produced (AOS)

July-13-2015 - Received E-mail & Text saying Welcome Notice Was Mailed

July-19-2015 - Hard Copy of Welcome Notice received in the mail (AOS Approved)

Aug- 03-2015 - Received my Green Card... ?
