Help! AP, Lome,Togo west africa

I wanted to ask anyone from the togo lome or anyone else if they have been through this whole frustrating administrative process for no reason ? Please answer and help me through this difficult time.

AP is stressfull and lengthy. Some AP last only hours, others for months or years. The U.S. embassy in Togo is notoriously very slow for no reason at all. Togo is not known for visa fraud or scam but everyone will be on necessary AP. The embassy employees are also very rude.

yes they are kind of rude when i call like they dont feel like talking. even when i send an email they just answer in a rude way. Its going to be 4 months on the 24th of this month. I call them every week to remind them and i called the DOS and they said its from the embassy not us. Im pregnant with our second child and i really dont want to go through it alone again in the USA. A lady at the embassy told me i will gaurantee it wont take months and now were going on to our 4th months :/.
