What should I put down in the space for middle name , I don't have a middle name . Also what about other ones not applicable to me do I put it down as None or N/A or leave it blank just like the new I-129 f ?

I don't have middle name as well and I left blank for that. Other question, we also left blank and we did not encounter any problems at all, no RFE. Good luck!
