hi guys, i just want to clarify things regarding my sister's right to petition my dad and mom residing in the Philippines as permanent residents of the united states.

my sister is married to a US citizen, she is a green card holder and this year she will be applying for a naturalization for spouses of a us citizen. after that she is planning to petition my parents as permanent residents of the united states. However, shes kinda worried because our dad had previous record of applying for a us visa that didn't prosper because our grandfather petitioned our dad as single but the us embassy later knew that my dad was secretly married to our mother. Do u think this will affect my sister's application for my dad and mom to immigrate to the us? this time its my sister who will be petitioning them and not our grandfather?

just in case my sister can bring my dad and mom to Us, can she include any siblings? because we still have a brother who is below 21 yrs old. and how about those siblings who are already of legal age under american jurisdiction? according to my friend, my sister cannot petition any siblings because its our parents who will do so after immigrating and attaining status as citizens of US?

please help me give me some advice, thank u so much!
