Hi im the petitioner my fiance lives about two hours from his job this is his residence were he lived all his life, so he lives with his sister in the city were he works and he goes home on his days off, I'm filling out the form g325a on the question about his residence should I put both address as current and explain on a separate sheet of why he has two current address????.

Next question THIS FORM IS SUBMITED IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION FOR: check other but it wont let me type in, can I just write in APPLICATION FOR THE K-1 VISA?? THANKS. ..

Just put his home address. The address with his sister is only temporary (because of work). This form is submitted in conjunction with, select OTHER and write I-129f.

I just re read your post.

You should use the address that he/she used when filing for his/her passport.

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.
For example, the USPS Form 3811. The stamped receiving date was not know until the original Form 3811 was received on 07/13/2013 1:30 p/m CST.

What is his mailing address? All his correspondence will be mailed there.

You should use the address that you have for official documents/IDs such as passport, drivers license, etc., so that they all match.
