N600 - unmarried parents

Does anyone have information about filing the N600 for children whose parents were not married? I'm trying to find information on Jamaican legitimacy laws. Any help is appreciated.

^{carrying the mothers name (most) unless the father showed up and signed their BC.In}

^{the last few yrs many men petition their kids left back home, and the USA decided these kids}

^{have a mans last name who the mom never marry & he did not sign, so any man can}

^{petition a child fraudulently, hence they decided the kids who fathers name along with}

^{mothers name was not on BC, or fathers name added after age 14 requires most times a DNA, especially if}

^{questionable (man on vacation, then there's a baby) What they found was about 72% a yaad}

^{man did hole a jacket (which was sad for the kids who had to be turned down but if the man chooses}

^{he could legally adopt the child).then refile...many walked away}

^{Jamaica in turn now requires all men to come into the hospitals and sign for the babies as its born}

^{Personally I don't know how that stop the Jacket business, they should just do a DNA right there}
