My Husband worked 2 days a week being a house helper when he got here from 2008 he was 18 yrs old on a tourist visa.

Up to now he still works 3-4 days a week being on call helper when they need him.

All of his work is under the table. He did not use any false documents, His Employer did not even ask for his ID/Passport.

He was getting paid by cash which is not even enough to pay rent or live a normal life.

His employer supported him and gave him free food and let him sleep in their living room.

We've been together since 11/15/2011 got engaged on our 1st anniversary 11/15/2012 and got married on our 2nd anniversary 11/15/2013

He now resides in our home with my parents and brother since we got married.

We love each other so much we're always together everyday and we go out with our families every week.

Now I'm petitioning him and we're wanting to start our new life together.

I have been searching this forum and others for the past few months and really grateful to everyone with help they give.

We want to be truthful and honest to all our of our application forms.

We're putting his employment information on his G-325A.

Now we're in need of advise how to handle this kind of situation.

He doesn't have a SSN or ITIN and no other documents since he came here.

He had his fingerprint at the DOJ before he started his work and it was required by his employer.

Are there anyone gone through this? what did you do and what happened?

Your help will be very much appreciated.
