Is the petitioner the only person who can email about the status/case number?

To be honest, i am the person who always contact the NVC as beneficiery smile.png

So if you beneficiery then you might be able to email them as well.

First time poster. I mailed our K1 package on Monday Jan. 6th, it was received (signature confirmation) today Jan. 10th at Dallas, Tx lockbox. Now the wait for NOA 1.

Received our NOA 1 today in the mail, we're in the system now. Now to wait and see if there are any RFE or whatever is next.

I got my interview date already :D.suppose to be able make it next week but my fiance want to join our last journey on K1 visa so we decided to make it 25th of March. We are so happy to hear this from embassy. The total journey were less than 3 months. Wish you guys all the best as well!!!

I sent them email on 4th February and got replied on 21st February. On their reply they mentioned that our case already shipped on 19th February to embassy in Jakarta. So i have to wait about a week before sent them an email. Automatic response will show when you sent an email but later on they will reply. Just have to wait ;)

Just got off the phone with the NVC. It was an amazing call for many reasons.

* 9 minutes on hold
* Lady I got on the phone was pleasant
* NVC has RECEIVED my file. (No case # yet, but at least they have it). So, 13 days from CSC to NVC in New Hampshire.

Just got off the phone with NVC!! Was a long 20 on hold but worth it. They received my case today but no number assigned yet. Will call back everyday until I get my case number :)) Praise God.

Probably came in in a big box, or some sort of packaging from California. Then, a data entry person sits down, and keys in the receipt numbers.

Got my NOA2 hard copy in the mail yesterday - only took about 9~10 days for international delivery.

Now I'm wondering when It's a good time to start calling the NVC...

NPIW: September 29th, 2014

Received Green Card: June 13th, 2015.

Submitted: March 22nd, 2017

Completed: October 5th, 2018

Submitted: December 11th, 2019

Interview: April 22nd, 2020

Interview descheduled and now waiting for further updates...

In THEORY, 4 days from now they should get your case. Since they just got mine today, and I'm a 02/14 NOA2 person.

Phoned a little earlier and it turns out our application is "At NVC" according to the case number I was able to get. No idea how long it's been there, but that was lucky!

AOS:

NOA: June 16th, 2014

NPIW: September 29th, 2014

Received Green Card: June 13th, 2015.
