I just got me email from G-145a yay

First time poster. I mailed our K1 package on Monday Jan. 6th, it was received (signature confirmation) today Jan. 10th at Dallas, Tx lockbox. Now the wait for NOA 1.

Received our NOA 1 today in the mail, we're in the system now. Now to wait and see if there are any RFE or whatever is next.

Yep... petition is approved. Just received an email stating that my petition was approved on Feb 18. NOA2 hard copy on its way.....18 days from the day NOA1 was issued... dancin5hr.gif

April 09 - Interview - Delayed due to sealed package from civil surgeon not at local office

May 07 - GC in production

May 18 - GC in hand!!!

Feb 16 - NOA 1

Feb 25 - Received Biometrics Appointment

Are all you noa2 receivers getting a notification email or are you just checking USCIS site daily ??

we never got an email or text about the NOA2. we were checking USCIS and the mail for hard copy! they usually update the status when they mail you the NOA2! :)

JANUARY 17, 2014. Documents sent to Texas Service Center

JANUARY 24, 2014. NOA 1, transferred to California Service Center

JANUARY 27, 2014. Alien registration number was changed

FEBRUARY 13, 2014. ! NOA 2 was mailed to our address smile.png

FEBRUARY 17, 2014. NOA 2 hard copy arrived

We got NOA2 on Valentine's day! How fitting! Hoping the momentum stays up, and we breeze right through the NVC, and the interview scheduling.

we got ours on valentines day too! we never celebrated it but from now on its gonna be one of our favourite holidays :)

Our K1 timeline:

You got approvd for NOA1 on 23 I was 22 thru Texas center, I'll be watching closely to see whats next, seems like texas is moving slower then cali :(

February will soon end.. ugh sad.png

Jan 22 2014-NOA 1

June 2 2014- RFE through Email

June 6th 2014- Received RFE in mail then sent back with response through overnight mail

June 13th 2014- NOA2 through email

June 17th 2014- Received email notification that package is on it's way to NVC

June 18th 2014- Received NOA2 letter in mail

June 25th 2014- NVC received

June 26th 2014- Case number assigned

June 30th 2014- Case left NVC, on way to Germany!

July 2nd 2014- Case arrived in Germany

July 9th 2014- Received packet #3

July 9th 2014- Over nighted packet #3 back to Embassy

July 24th 2014- Interview approved

WAITING FOR VISA GLITCH TO BE FIXED, RESCHEDULING FLIGHT

August 4th- Administrative Processing

August 5th- ISSUED!

August 6th- Picking up Visa, and flying out.

August 9th-Wedding

My approximate date on the timeline function got drastically moved up. Apperently I should be getting NOA2 soon, but still nothing. Fingers crossed. It seems that there are still a lot of January Filers waiting.

If I get an RFE would I first get an email notification?

Hoping that wont happen, but in case I missed something. I had to fix a typo in my address and my NOA1 mail one never came. They said if its NOA1 then the processing times wont change. But now I'm worried it was an RFE. Although the online system never said I would be getting one.

4/10/17 - i751 sent

4/13/17 - i751 received

5/3/17 - Check Cashed

5/5/17 - NOA 1 (dated 4/13)

Yes.they will email you first if you get a RFE and the hard copy will exlain what u need to do :)
