After spending several hours yesterday and today reading through the forums, (where I have gleaned a lot of useful information!) I still have a question about how I should

go about sending documentation of my income. I know that financial aid from school does not count as income for the I-134. Should I still send proof I was awarded financial aid this year and of the amount? I have been working on-campus as a "work-study" employee. This means I was awarded a set amount of funds from the government for each year that are used to pay me with. I have paychecks I can access online and print. Should I send a letter from my employer (the college) and/or copies of paystubs for the year I've worked on-campus? I can send a copy of my W2's from 2013 and a copy of my 2012 tax return. Or should I wait until I have my 2013 tax return?

I have a co-sponsor. My assets and income are nowhere near the poverty line. I am hoping they will see that I will graduate this spring with an Associate of Arts degree and that although I may not have a job in the outside world, that I do have a good work history before going back to school and that working on-campus while I am a full-time student will increase my chances of finding a job after graduation!

I read in the forums that the London embassy does not want a copy of the I-129F, the NOA2, my birth certificate of evidence of relationship. Is this true?

My head is spinning from all the conflicting info I've come across!

My co-sponsor took so long sending me the documents I needed that our NOA2 has expired and I have to get an updated letter from my employer and the bank because they are from last June. My fiance has contacted the embassy in London informing them of the delay but has had no response

Granted, nothing has changed except that I have less in my bank account than I did in June. I'm still employed at the same place. My pay rate is the same. I am just assuming they'd rather have those documents dated as recently as possible. I realize I should probably send them a letter reaffirming my intent to marry my fiance since our NOA2 has expired. Should I send that in the mail to their regular mailing address or the K1 packet address?

Thank you in advance! :)

I see plenty of people viewing but no one replying. Does this mean no one knows the answers to my questions? lol

Mark and I are trying not to freak out because we're afraid so much time has passed we may have to start the whole process over again.

Should we stall until I've graduated from college and have a job or should we take our chances now? It seems like such a gamble!

Please help!

Take a look at this great thread that was recently posted on the UK Regional Forum, perhaps some of your answers may be found there:

Please remember that they want to keep it an information-only thread. Should you have specific questions, consider starting a new thread at that forum.

Good luck.
