Hey guys got approved for EAD today!

Very happy...but my AP is still the same, initial review...is this normal? Because all I need asap is AP.

I'm still really pleased nonetheless! smile.png

Great news!!!!! Glad to hear people are getting news of changes.

Im on the same timeline as you, also at the National Benefits center, so hopefully I'm close to hearing something too..hopefully!!

Look like i'm very close to a job offer too so I hope the EAD isn't too far off....

Just got my Green Card in the mail today. YAY! Thank you guys for being so awesome and informative during the whole process. I'll stick around a bit more for sure.

@topoftherock2013..Congratulations! Most likely your AP will come with it too. I am certain it is just a minor delay in the update on the website. I heard the EAD takes averagely between 5-7 business days to arrive. so I am pretty certain we should expect to receive it any day between next week Wednesday (03/26/2014) and Saturday (03/29/2014).

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC : 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

Danielle19..I just looked up your filing date and looks like you filed a day before me so since I got my EAD approved today I am very positive by the end of this week, you should get yours approved as well. They seem to be adjudicating EAD's filed in the 01/10/2014 - 01/17/2014 period now as I have seen a number of people who filed within this period get approvals today. The long wait is annoying but I am excited our cases are beginning to see some positive action now. Good luck to everyone here and God bless us all :-)

Also, I got approved yesterday afternoon and still haven't got any texts or emails...the last time I got them was for the noa1 in Jan.

Only my ead status has been updated online.

If everyone could include that it would help us who are waiting and future applicants who want to know every detail since we get obsessed and so anxious, its almost comforting :-)

Day 1:[01/16/2014] I-130, I-485, I-765 delivered to Chicago

Day 5:[01/20/2014] NOA1 confirmation texts + emails

Day 8:[01/23/2014] NOA1 hard copies in the mail

Day 14:[01/29/2014] Biometrics Appointment letter in Mail for 02/11/14

Day 22:[02/07/2014] Early Walk-in - Denied. Didn't know about early walk-in til now

Day 27:[02/11/2014] Biometrics Done

Day 36:[02/20/2014] I-485 Status changed to "Testing and Interview"

Day 69:[03/26/2014] EAD Approved. Status Online Changed to "Card/ Document Production"

Day 171: [7/10/14] Got Notice of Interview Scheduled for 8/12/14

Day 202: (8/12/14] Interview Completed in Chicago downtown Office

Day 202: (8/12/14] Got Approved Notice and GC is in Production

I didn't realize you were Indian. I'm punjabi, borin in Delhi, but raised in the US in the midwest most of mylife. Its my husband who is going through the AOS process. In your case, is this for you or your spouse? (sorry, not sure if you are male or female)

I'm with you Danielle - I have a very similar timeline as yours and getting verrry anxious now. I just called myself, incase it wasn't updated online. Its - 1-800-375-5283 - You have to Enter 672 for MSC and your case Number

Yes, I'm half Indian. My husband is the USC and I'm the (female) beneficiary (British) but we use this account together, though its mostly me who writes.

I've been to Delhi, best Indian food! :)

Just got a text and email about my EAD being in card production. I'm excited even though I don't have a date scheduled yet for my interview. Hopefully the card arrives by the end of next week.

Hey guys it's now day 50 since noa1 still in initial review no news yet am getting all these employers contacting me about jobs. God whats taking these people so long. Decided to just start attending the interviews then make a decision and ask the employer to give me a letter so I can expedite the EAD. If I don't do it this way I believe I will be here waiting forever lol.

Glad to see others are moving along with their application. Let's keep our chins up.

Another update, my AP got updated today to post decision activity and is approved! :)

I assume the EAD and AP is a combo card.

Still no texts or emails however...
