Nothing new for me sad.png

Talked to USCIS and the ead processing times have not changed...I was told its still 90 days.

Does anyone know how I can get to tier two officer?

as far as i know, you gotta ask for a tier 2 or immig officer once your call is accepted by a tier 1. they do transfer you accordingly. just tell them u have a specific question that only a tier 2 can answer. good luck:)

So, here's my experience in San Francisco for the interview:

We arrived a solid hour ahead of our appointment and just waited for things to move. After around 45 minutes we were greeted and escorted by a friendly officer.

After doing the oath, we just talked about very few basics, like I was to say the full name of my husband and his birthday and he did have to do the same. We were asked about when and how we met. After that he went through the whole casefile I sent to Chicago two months ago. We asked me the questions on the I-485 form and just basic biographical information.

After that he asked if we had any more evidence to add to the file, which we provided some.

He told us that he deems our marriage real but he'd have to do a final background check before he could approve me. When I got home I checked the website and it says "Card in Production" so I guess I am good for now. :)

This was pretty relaxed and easy. He was a very nice officer to begin with, so I can't tell any horror stories.

@Wurstbrot_Royal..Wow! I'm really excited for you. Looks like you had a very cool interview and the entire process was in less than 2 months. You and your husband need to have a party on that. My local office seems to be working on one application a day lol..so I'm expecting to get an interview date scheduled probably somewhere next month. I don't really mind though..as long as I am able to start working. Today is day 62 for me. Hopefully USCIS adjudicates my i-765 this week lol

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

More Importantly, I am a proud Anti-Fascist!

Thanks for all the updates and super congratulations to those who have received their card notifications. I didn't know about the 70 day timing. I am at day 62 and so far no change in status re the EAD/AP. Though, I still have my interview to attend on April 10 (which I am still in a state of albeit happy shock).

Wurstbrot, thanks for the info on the interview, it is really appreciated. :)

All the best to you all. I really really really hope you hear something soon. Today would be brilliant!
