Does anybody have news from today ? Any movement ? Anyone?

Today 70th day from filling and still in Acceptance and Initial Review.

Hi Guys and Gals!!!

I finally got a new update on my I-765 (yay!!!) idea9dv.gif .. it says, "Card/Document Production" and "On March 17, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you." Also, got a new update on my I-131, it says, "Post Decision Activity" and "On March 17, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice."

Caaaan't waaaaaaaait...

Day 1:[01/16/2014] I-130, I-485, I-765 delivered to Chicago

Day 5:[01/20/2014] NOA1 confirmation texts + emails

Day 8:[01/23/2014] NOA1 hard copies in the mail

Day 14:[01/29/2014] Biometrics Appointment letter in Mail for 02/11/14

Day 22:[02/07/2014] Early Walk-in - Denied. Didn't know about early walk-in til now

Day 27:[02/11/2014] Biometrics Done

Day 36:[02/20/2014] I-485 Status changed to "Testing and Interview"

Day 69:[03/26/2014] EAD Approved. Status Online Changed to "Card/ Document Production"

Day 171: [7/10/14] Got Notice of Interview Scheduled for 8/12/14

Day 202: (8/12/14] Interview Completed in Chicago downtown Office

Day 202: (8/12/14] Got Approved Notice and GC is in Production

I just got an update too. My EAD is in card production!!!!! SO happy!

Not sure why my AP is still in Initial Review though. I thought this card would be for both. Anyhow...

So I changed my address last night online for all three cases.

Today I got this case status update:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Initial Review

On March 17, 2014, your address was changed relating to the I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS that you filed.

It changed from acceptance to initial review.

I am just a bit concerned because of the fact that I only got this for the AOS but not for the two other cases (AP & EAD ).

Do you think I should call to make sure they also changed the address on the two other cases (they are still in initial review)

Heres our update for today. Received my wife's and son's EAD cards in the mail today. USCIS did a very good job with the notifications. They let me know of the approval on tuesday 11 march and sent me the tracking number when it shipped friday 14 march.Got another update today when they were delivered. Both of them have standing job offers just were waiting on cards. No RFE'S yet and praying the rest of the journey continues just as smooth.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I think, USCIS database has its own scheduling.. hehehehehe.. am so glad everything goes smoothly.. Now, let the waiting game begin...

Congratulations to everyone who is getting their EAD/AP's...I am so happy for you, it really is sweet that things are moving along for many of you.

For those still waiting for news, I really hope that you will hear something, anything, by the end of the week. It certainly looks like you will though!

All the very best for you tomorrow Wurstbrot. You are the first one amongst us (I think?) who is having their interview. Would love to hear how it went for you. Again, congrats for the fast pace of your application(s).

Ah, haven't checked this for a few days, glad that some people are getting notifications and changes of EAD/AP's!!!

We're on day 64 since filing now and checking everyday doesn't seem to be making it go quicker..... :)

Have to go back to the UK early May for my sisters wedding so here's hoping I hear something on the AP and EAD soon. Come on National Benefits Center, give me some good news!!

Nothing new for me :(

Talked to USCIS and the ead processing times have not changed...I was told its still 90 days.

Does anyone know how I can get to tier two officer?
