Dan has tried on two occasions to get through to the consulate in Montreal with no success. Just alot of of time on hold. Can someone tell me what it is we need to do in regards to changing his address. He is currently visiting here in the states and his parents whom he lives with moved. So his packet 4 will be going to his old address and I don't believe they forward this type of mail?? Correct?? Can we email the consulate and if so...where??

the email addy for montreal is Montreal-IV-DV@state.gov

definately give it a go. if anything, i'd like to think that even if they are unable to do it via email, they would advise you on what steps you need to take to change it.

For what it's worth.........

When my husbands k-3 petition was approved he was temporarily posted in Borden Ont and was having his mail forwarded to his mom's in Barrie ( he lives in Petawawa) and it was during that time his packet 3 came. It was forwarded from Pet to Barrie.
