Hello,

I am a filer from June 2012, I have not had my NOA2 yet. We have 2 service requests which are now beyond their processing dates and we have tried calling a tier 2 agent but they place us on hold for over 2 hours.

Anyone else in the same boat, or any advice please?

By service request, do you mean an e-request?

They got back to me in 30 days when I needed them.

Since you're an F-2A filer, it takes longer.

NOA1 received: July 30, 2013

Transferred: Jan 22, 2014 (time from NOA1 to Transfer: 5 months 3 weeks 2 days)

They said 45 days, its been past that now by 2 weeks. We did an e-request from the website above and also a service request via the phone.
