DCF Manila problem with cfo

We have a problem hope someone here has experiene with a filipina leaving Philippines without a cfo sticker. Cfo will not allow me to attend class so that is not an option. I am married to an american and have my visa in hand. My question is will i be allowed to fly to hong kong with a return ticket and corresponding hotel reservations. I know normally this would not be a problem as i have been to hong kong twie without attending the class. I simply what to know an i still travel to visa exempt countries while a usa visa is in my possesion having asserted my trip is simply visiting and i plan to return here to manila?

Hi guys, Here at CFO now,getting my wife's sticker for her passport for departure to the USA..crowded here with so many people from various countries...well, after 3 mins we got it - only needed copies of required info...very fast process here too...

What a long strange trip it this has been!!
