Hello All,

I am the beneficiary of F2A visa. I received my p4 interview letter from NVC recently. During NVC process I submitted all required documents to NVC before I got the letter. My spouse does not have sufficient income, so I arranged for a co-sponsor who also submitted AOS as required during NVC processing. The only reason I got a NVC checklist is asking for my Spouse's form16 Indian tax form (W2 equivalent in US) as she lives with me in India and we are planning to move together to USA once I get my visa and the case got completed after I submitted the same to NVC.

Now when I check the P4 interview letter, the FINANCIAL EVIDENCE is marked as I ( i.e. This form is incomplete. You must present a completed form at your interview.)

Any suggestions or any one else had a similar experience? Please share/suggest.

I am yet to call NVC to clarify, but wanted to check here before I do that.

Its best to bring the complete AOS package with original signatures of the petitioner and joint sponsor to the interview.

ITR and W2 can be photocopies.
