Hello guys

i did not really understand, do i need to include my medical examination report while applying for AOS?

i do not have any medical examination report cause the embassy did not return it back to me neither the border officer did

please any advise will be appreciated

I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status.I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. If you are a K-1, K-2, K-3 or K-4 visa holder the I-693 instructions state that you are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination. If you are missing any shots from your overseas medical a I-693 vaccination transcription is required to be completed by seeing a Civil Surgeon to have certain portions of the I-693 completed and have the Civil Surgeon certify the form (sealing the original in an envelope and giving you a copy).

If you don't have your DS-3025 vaccination worksheet, either call your doctor back home to give you a copy or pay money to Civil Surgeon to do the I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status.

The latest fee for AOS is I-485 $985 + $85 biometric fee for a total of $1070

when i did medical examination and vaccinations before my interview the doctor gave me the copy of my Vaccination Documentation Worksheet

you think its ok if i include that with my AOS application?
