AOS total fee is 1070 $?

can you please let me know the fee for adjustment of status based on K1 visa is 1070 $?

or do i have to pay anything else rather than that?

You dont have to pay more, only 1070 dollars

for AOS do they need beneficiary's copy of divorce certificate?

when USCIS aproved our petition they had it, when the concular officer approved my visa they had it

so for AOS i still need it?

The A-number on your I-129F NOA2 and K1 visa

Find the A# on your NOA2 approval notice from the I-129F. It is near the beneficiary's name. Not all countries print the K-1 visa with the A# on it.

so all the forms for AOS need only beneficiary's information?

i mean in all the forms i have to fill out everything about beneficiary and the forms don need any information about petitioner?

does petitioner have to fill out any form for AOS?

There will be another fee of around $600 in 2 years time for removal of conditions but for first part yes $1070.

Affadavit of support is done by the USC, I 864.

don't forget your EAD and AP in the AOS app. It's free if you include them with the AOS.
