Last year I finaly got my wife to the states last year with a 10 year green card and month later runs away with a guy she was proly seeing on the internet and used me as a way to get to him. I ended up divorceing her and moving on with my life even it still hurts like mad but as I go through my process my friend wants to introduce me to a girl that is in the states under a working visa and she seems cool. While im thinking way ahead of myself down the road would my previous marriage affect applying a fiance visa for this girl if anything happens. I know I should just have fun but I do not my past somehow effect my future that I could have taken care of today.

Wow, you are definitely looking way ahead and jumping the gun a bit if you have not even started a relationship with her yet. Anyway, the previous marriage could make the CO scrutinize your relationship more, but otherwise would have no impact on it. You would just need to provide solid evidence of relationship. Also, if she is in the US with a work visa, then a K-1 might even be needed, if you actually got serious and wanted to marry. You could marry her and file the I-130 and I-485 for her to adjust status while she is in the US without her ever leaving. Unless her work visa would expire before you were serious and wanting to marry. In that case, yes, the K-1 could be filed for her later down the road if you were to get engaged.

No affect you have to include a letter asking for a waiver if you file within two years? Of the previous visa, not a big deal.
