I am Vietnamese, my husband is American. We both living in thailand now. i

am planning to visit US for 1 month, could you please tell me what kind of visa I need to apply? B2 or DS160? Thanks so much!

Yes, they do. It states on the Hanoi and Bangkok Embassy sites that the DS-160 for non-immigrant visas is needed, that includes the B-2, non-immigrant tourist visa. Even the Manila Embassy site says you need the DS-160.
