1) how to find an Marraige Court House?

Google is your friend. Google for the county courthouse in your locality.

2) WILL AN TEMPORARY WORK PERMITT WILL BE GRANTED TO HIM @ PORT OF ENTRY.
Maybe... maybe not. JFK appears to be the only POE that does this with any sort of regularity. If you get it it is only valid for 90 days.
3) CAN WE START LOOKING FOR AN JOB FOR HIM RITE NOW SO THAT ONCE WE ARE MARRIED HE WILL HAVE HIS JOB.

No restrictions on looking for a job

4) CAN HE START WROKING RIGHT AFTER THE COURT MARRIAGE IS DONE.
If and only if he has valid EAD. He can work anytime during his first 90 days if you receive the EAD stamp on his I-94. Marriage is not the determining factor. After marriage you can file for a longer EAD. However, their maybe a gap between when his temporary EAD expires (if in fact you receive it) and when his new one is approved.
5) WHAT FORMS NEEDS TO BE FILLED FOR HIS STATUS DAJUSTMENT.

:guides: on adjustment of status.
