You do not have the right to ask him if he doesnt like anyone in his own town, he has the right to mary anywhere just like you did.

Your right marry whoever you want.

I am amazed how people date someone 3/4/5 months and they plan to get married, well it explains why almost all marriages in this Country ends in divorce in less than 5 years.

My parents dated for 3 years, married for 14 and got a divorce. My dad met his current wife, they dated for 3 months and have been married for 25 and are going strong. I think age when people are married has more to do with divorce than the amount of time they dated before they were married.

My husband and I fell for each other pretty quick and I'm pretty sure that had we not been geographically separated, or limited by the fact I was 15 at the time, we would have gotten married fairly quickly. It's not beyond the realms of possibility to fall for someone just like "that".

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

To the OP, did you actually receive an RFE or did they merely send the petitioner back the packet because it was the wrong form? In other words, did they start your process at all or just throw it out before even starting? I ask because it seems like you could just start fresh again with a new petition - how far did your process go? did you receive the NOA1 and get charged the $340 or whatever it was at the time?

She would send g325a but she sent g325 on the denny decision letter she read this .... so before interview decision was denny

They offer re pay the fee and restart.. No I dont wanted this.. I think I dont love her really.... I m not angry for the denny....

I decide I love other girl I have a new gf now she visited me in in dec I want to marry her I love her a lot of I will restart with her if denny we think marry in my country

Some confusion here about the alien being denied, can't be denied, but only the US citizen applicant can. An alien cannot apply for a K1 visa, only a US citizen can.

"Eligibility Requirements For K1 Visa

If you petition for a fiancé(e) visa, you must show that:

  • You (the petitioner) are a U.S. citizen.
  • You intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States.
  • You and your fiancé(e) are both free to marry and any previous marriages must have been legally terminated by divorce, death, or annulment.
  • You met each other, in person, at least once within 2 years of filing your petition. There are two exceptions that require a waiver:
    1. If the requirement to meet would violate strict and long-established customs of your or your fiancé(e)’s foreign culture or social practice.
    2. If you prove that the requirement to meet would result in extreme hardship to you.'

And a K1 visa, is just that, a visa for a person that can't otherwise come here because they cannot get a visa from other means. The US citizen has a choice that must be made within 90 days, either to marry that person or send them back.

Only speculation, but could be the first person that applied became aware of the I-864 that obligates her to support this person whether they stayed married or not at 25% above the poverty level for the next ten years! Really puts the US citizen at a severe risk with only 90 days to decide. Or that person could not meet the financial requirements.

Can't believe that bit on the Statue of Liberty anymore about we welcome your poor. USCIS fees for the US citizen for the K1 and the AOS is already a small fortune, and this is only the beginning.

Yousay you were denied and you didnt want refil the aplication and you broke up to your fiance.

That mean that you didnt love your fiance really, that mean that you want a visa urgent! No a wife.

And in less of 5 months you love another american citizen?

Visa fisher you look like.

I am not a visa fisher..if I say yes her I would be in the usa now...

I don't wanted restart with ex or second time the visa would be more easy...

why people dont want to understand this..

I understand she didnt love me wanted only marry me ..but before denny I learned we cant love each other... Our relation was finished.

I meet with my gf on language exchange link because I wanted learn American english.

my second girl friend visited me two times in last six months. I know her 8 months to now and we started a new k 1.

My parents met, dated, and got married in under 3 months, and have been married for 34 years now (happily too, with 3 daughters and 6 grandkids).

You just have to prove to them that your relationship is genuine. You guys would be put into a fraud interview and they will ask a myriad of questions to confirm the legitimacy of your relationship. You need to have proof of things like phone records, emails, letters, photos, gifts, etc. Also they will want to see things like copies of airline tickets, hotels, visa stamps, etc of when your fiance went to visit you. All of these things help prove the legitimacy of your relationship.

I have seen people in a relationship one day, had kids with someone else, got back together with their ex and were still able to get a visa. Why? Because they proved that the relationship was real. Having "red flags" on your case isn't an automatic denial. It just means you will have to prove your relationship more convincingly.

Also don't listen to some of the nasty people on here, this website is for immigration advice, not judgment.

This does not constitute legal advice.
