If you can do it I would tell her to go to your country and marry her there. Then she can come back to the USA and file a petition for you. Cause it just sounds like a ton of red flags to me too. Don't u like anyone in your own town?

I am amazed how people date someone 3/4/5 months and they plan to get married, well it explains why almost all marriages in this Country ends in divorce in less than 5 years.

Hey, hey, hey, (in the voice of Bill Cosby)

I fell in love with my dream girl Filipina in just two months of chat. I met her in person after just three months and knew she was the one. I married her 7 days after meeting her for the first time in Philippines. I visited 3 more times and she is with me now here in Hawaii.

Love is GRAND

Aloha Ke Akua

If I'm wrong sorry but this k1 visa is long enough cause of frauds like this. You never loved the last person you tried to get a visa and I don't believe you love this one. I'm British and my fiancée is the citizen I'm not trying to leave my country cause it's bad. You should not do this to someone just to get a visa

I agree with this coment

You do not have the right to ask him if he doesnt like anyone in his own town, he has the right to mary anywhere just like you did.

Talk to him in his native language if you really want to understand better, the best way that anyone can express him/her self better is communicating in a language he understand very well. If only he understands english as much as you do maybe you will know where his coming from. People concludes too much here and its no good.

To the OP, did you actually receive an RFE or did they merely send the petitioner back the packet because it was the wrong form? In other words, did they start your process at all or just throw it out before even starting? I ask because it seems like you could just start fresh again with a new petition - how far did your process go? did you receive the NOA1 and get charged the $340 or whatever it was at the time?

You will face many questions regarding your 2 relationships with Americans in such a short time. Have your fiancé visit again before filing and be prepared to answer the suspicions that the consulate is sure to have.

Hello

My English is not good

I m not an American citizen..

My question : Before interview at 19 jun K 1 decision was denied in the denny letter they wrote denny reason was wrong form... I dont wanted refil the form I brake up with my fiance...

after a few months later so now I meet with a new girl she visited me in this month I love her much she is my fiance now

I want to marry her.. what is the best can we start K1 visa ?? or must I wait because a few months ago with my ex the K1 was denied..

or is the best would I marry her in my country ??

Thank you and sorry for my bad English

Hey, sorry about your ex fiance... Let your new fiance visit you again, then let her marry you in your country after the third visit. She can petition I-130 for you after the marriage.

Goodluck. Don't feel bad about this people calling you a visa fisher. Ignore them.

Three posts personally attacking the OP removed along with posts quoting, posts minus the quote retuned below. One member thread banned.

OP is having problems expressing himself in English. Though he initially said he broke up with her because of a form, he clarified

that SHE did not follow through on sending the RFE in time and the relationship failed.

Maybe SHE was not ready to marry him within 90 days. We do not know the whole story do we ? You can assume and speculate all you want

from 2 posts but that does not mean your assumptions are correct and you don't have the right to tell someone whom to date and from

which country. If all he he wanted was a visa it would have been easier for him to follow through with the first petitioner, that would have been an

easier fix than starting over. Desiring a certain culture, ethnicity or nationality in itself is not wrong if the motives are true love.

So, to the OP and going by the ' clarification' about an RFE, my advice is to wait with filing and get a second visit in first.

Then have a very good explanation of why exactly a simple thing like an RFE severed your relationship. Who left whom ?

What was the real reason ? People don't break up over an RFE. Clarify deeper.

The CO will definitely ask you the same questions.

Relationship after relationship with a USC with a very small time gap in between like you have raises suspicion. The burden is on you to overcome it and convince them that you are genuine and a bona fide couple.

The ex needs to withdraw the petition and if it is withdrawn with a decent reason given then you have a better chance.

What reason for the break up would your ex give ?

Am I the only one that understand where this man is coming from? This man is being honest enough.. Why does people here judge so quickly? that's too ridiculous.

He said his ex fiance didn't care about him, which means she didn't love him. He said his ex refused to write a promise letter within 90 days which was requested by USCIS.

He broke up when he finds out the woman didn't care about him, obviously, she didn't want him to come to the US.

He went to the interview after the broke up without a promise letter. He got denied. They officially offered him to refil the form again, but he refused because he had broken up with his ex.

He is not a visa fisher.... You guys should stop calling him a fisher... duhhhhhhhhhhhhh

This man clearly has difficulty with English. How can you accuse someone of fishing for a visa when you have no clue what the real, story is with his ex? He asked for advice, not for people to attack him and accuse him of being a scammer. SMH
